Bipan Sandhu, PHR

 Bipan has been a member of SHRM since 2008 when she served as Executive VP to the student chapter of  Western Washington University’s NHRMA chapter. This is Bipan’s second year on the Board of the Mt Baker Chapter of SHRM as the Co-VP of Communications.

Bipan is currently employed as HR Coordinator at Nature’s Path Foods, US.  She possesses over four years of communications and human resources experience. Her prior employment was with Sterling Health Plans where she completed an internship as an HR auditor. Bipan’s educational background includes the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in HR from Western Washington University. Most recently, Bipan achieved her certification as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources). She has also served over four years in the United States Army completing two tours to Iraq. She enjoys reading, running and the rain.
