Internship Sponsorship Awards

Students studying Human Resources at Western Washington University or Bellingham Technical College are invited to apply and compete for funding to help support themselves during an HR-related internship.  This financial support emphasizes the Mt. Baker Chapter’s commitment to the next generation of HR professionals by providing an opportunity for students to take advantage of internship opportunities that will help them prepare for their career.

Four $1,000 awards will be provided each year – two in the Spring and two in the Fall (see the attached documents for the specific application submission deadlines).  WWU students and BTC students will both be eligible to apply but will have separate applications and eligibility.  The documents below include the specific program details and eligibility to apply for an HR Internship Sponsorship Award through the Mt. Baker Chapter of SHRM, and describes the application process.
