Judy Upham

Judy Upham has over 20 years of experience in human resources, working primarily with private organizations on a wide variety of human resources issues, including recruiting, training, business operations, policy and procedures.  Judy is the Human Resources Manager at Moss Adams.  At Moss Adams, she provides executive recruiting and general consulting services to clients.  She has worked with private, not-profit sectors, including organizations in the manufacturing, construction, and retail/sales industries.  Her specialized areas of emphasis are: executive recruiting, performance coaching & evaluations, interview training, employee procedures manuals and strategic planning.

Judy is a very active member in the human resources community and has a long stating membership in the Society for Human Resources Management where she completed their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate program.  Ms. Upham is also very involved in continuing professional education and has advanced training in the areas of recruiting, employment law, interview, training and development, new hire orientation, project management, management succession, reference checking, employee retention, conflict management and strategic planning.
