Juan Hernandez

Juan is the Diversity Advocate for the chapter for 2010.  Juan Hernandez joined Grizzly Industrial, Inc. in 1998. After more than ten years in Human Resources and management, he currently works as the Director of Human Resources. In addition to serving actively in his church, he participates and supports local athletic events.  He has been a member of SHRM and the local Mt. Baker chapter since 2000.

His professional career outside of Grizzly Industrial, Inc. includes business consulting and writing. This is his first year serving on the Mt. Baker SHRM board as Diversity Advocate.  An important aspect of his life is family and friends -- his wife, three daughters and two Labrador retrievers.
