Erica Johnson, PHR

This is Erica's forth year serving on the Board  - she is the Technology Coordinator (Webmistress) for 2011.  Previously she was the Professional Liaison to the WWU student NHRMA Chapter.  Erica graduated from Western Washington University in 1999 with a B.A. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resource Management.  Erica is PHR certified and has maintained her certification since 2001.

Erica is currently employed as the Director of Human Resources for Ryzex, overseeing HR for all North American operations.  She has over 10 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resource Management, and is currently focusing her efforts on strategic HR initiatives.  Prior to joining Ryzex, Erica was the Human Resources Manager for Semiahmoo Resort, which is where she began her career in HR.
