Mt. Baker SHRM has adopted a set of By-Laws outlining the rules under which the Chapter operates.  Chapter membership, leadership, and the purpose of the Chapter are items that are outlined in the By-Laws.  Any changes to the By-Laws must be voted on and approved by the general membership of the chapter before they can be adopted.  To view the By-Laws of The Mt.
