I am a national recruiter and am seeking an HR Manager for a plant manufacturing environment. My client is located near Kent, WA with a plant size ranging from 95 - 110 employees in a union setting. My client will require the following: * Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related, with MBA preferred * 5 years experience in Human Resources at a management level * Union experience, management of grievance issues and Chief Spokesperson background * Ability to plan, develop and implement wage and salary programs * Knowledge of HRIS and payroll software Salary for this position will range from $80,000 - 100,000 based on experience with bonus up to 12%.
