The Mt. Baker Chapter of SHRM offers grants to SHRM professional members who have demonstrated a need for funds for professional development.  These funds can be used to attend courses, workshops or conferences, or to cover the cost of HRCI certification.  Once a grant application is received, the Scholarship/Grant Committee meets to make a determination on whether or not to grant funds.
