SHRM Learning System now AvailableThe Mt. Baker Chapter of SHRM has the SHRM Learning System available for check out to our members. If you are interested in checking out the SHRM Learning system, please send an email to the Secretary at Secretary@mtbakershrm.com. Human Resources Courses at Bellingham Technical College Several HR courses will be offered in the fall at BTC (that can be applied to earn the BTC Human Resource Management certificate or to earn recertification credit), including: 1. Management of Human Resources (Overview of the profession and the role and responsibilities of HR management, including basic employment law.) 2. Fundamentals of Employee Benefits & Compensation 3.
